Using design as a call to action for an issue dramatically effecting our ecosystems - the dying honey bee population.
THE CHALLENGE: 
Bees and other pollinator populations are rapidly declining due to intensive mono-cropping and the amount of chemicals used in foods. The Know Your Honey Bee brand of pure raw honey had to stand out from other cheaper mixed-in honey brands in grocery store shelves. 

 


THE SOLUTION: 
Elegant, simple design attracts attention to those browsing. With a monochromatic color scheme and natural characteristics that reflect the raw beauty of the beehive, the label for Know Your Honey Bee aims to bring consumers closer to the harvesting process. Each Beekeeper would sign each label, along with the location and expiration date, for control and creating personal connection consumers.
