Using design as a call to action for an issue dramatically effecting our ecosystems - the dying honey bee population.
THE CHALLENGE: Bees and other pollinator populations are rapidly declining due to intensive mono-cropping and the amount of chemicals used in foods. The challenge was to have the Know Your Honey Bee brand of pure raw honey stand out from other cheaper mixed-in honey brands. 


THE SOLUTION: Elegant design always attracts attention of those browsing. Even if not chosen, good design leaves an impression. With a monochromatic color scheme and natural characteristics that reflect the raw beauty of the bee hive, the label for KYHB was designed to bring consumers close to the harvesting process. The Beekeeper’s name would me hand written on each label, along with the location and expiration date.
